Yep... i lied

because the gull supremacy had shut down for life

because if i made phase 3-4 for reil mode, then it includes gull, i WAS deciding "hey wait! I should make phase 3-4 when im done with lasagna and double trouble mode", and that turned out to be a BIG FAT LIE.

so I am never gonna release phase 3-4 anymore...
